Client Profile: Utilizing the process most strongly associated to the world-famous Fabergé eggs, Sherry Been’s enameled sculptures are brought to life by the frantic and rhythmic movement of sculpted, folded edges. Shadows of light and dark dappled with unique colors are created during the heat process. It is during this same process that the colors merge in rivers of molten glass that truly are the intricacy of the sculpture.
She has taken the sculptures in the new Collection “Liquid Hearts” to metal finishes…a Contemporary look and feel that was the unexpected 2020 and is the newness of 2021….and to great acclaim and interest in the art world.
